(a)An IV therapy course provided as part of the LPN education curriculum in 21.203 (relating to specific curriculum requirements for practical nursing programs) or as a stand-alone course offered by a provider shall include instruction of the topics in 21.203(d)(8). (a)The Board will give at least 30 days notice of intent to remove a CRNP program from full approval status to provisional approval status or from provisional approval status to removal from the approved list and will provide an opportunity for the programs officials to present documentation, within 10 days of notification of intent to remove, to show why approval should not be withdrawn.
